Google Adwords will help you to promote your business on YouTube with Text Ads, Image Ads, Banner Ads, Video Ads,
Step1. Create a Google Adwords Account
Step2. Setup your billing details under from Billing Tab
Step4. Make a Payment to adwords account.
Step5. After making a payment you can create a campaign. ( For texts ads and banner ads you can use the same adwords campaign Tab
Step6. For Video Ads campaign login to adwords account and in the adwords bar type adwords.google.com/video
Step7. From that page you can create video Ads.

Video ads will be charge on the bases of Cost Per View ( CPV )
